Responsibilities will include providing guidance to team members, working with the talent team on training plans, fostering expertise in Generative AI and managing explicit process planning with other teams collaborating on Generative AI projects. the selected candidate will need to ensure the success of content for campaigns and other forms content ( social media, PR, internal comms, etc), shepherding them from conception to production. As one of the early adopters, the person will play a pivotal role in developing new processes and strategies for content creation using Generative AI as a co-pilot. In collaboration with internal teams acting as clients, the candidate will take on a managerial role while remaining actively involved in generating and producing ground-breaking ideas. Simultaneously, the persons in question will manage projects and ensure their timely delivery.
