FB Hostess

• Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly attitude.

• Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.

• Manage table reservations walkins and waitlists using reservation systems.

• Coordinate seating to balance workloads among service staff.

• Respond to guest inquiries and accommodate special requests whenever possible.

• Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the hotels grooming standards.

• Provide accurate wait times and monitor dining flow.

• Communicate efficiently with restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations.

• Assist with menu knowledge and promote daily specials or hotel events.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the hostess stand and entrance area.

• Handle guest feedback with professionalism and relay concerns to management.

Qualifications :

• Prior experience as a hostess or in a customerfacing role preferably in a hotel or upscale restaurant.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Friendly poised and professional demeanor.

• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.

• Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is beneficial.
