Key Responsibilities

•  Guest Reception & Seating Management:
•  Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and dignity adhering to fine dining standards.
•  Manage reservations, waitlists, and VIP guest seating with precision and discretion.
•  Escort guests to their tables, present menus, and manage optimal table rotation.
•  Customer Service & Guest Experience:
•  Anticipate guest needs, manage dietary preferences, and resolve inquiries gracefully.

• Oversee reservation channels (phone, WhatsApp) and maintain detailed guest profiles.

 Operations & Communication :

• Coordinate with servers, captains, and kitchen staff to ensure a smooth service flow.
• Communicate VIP arrivals and special occasions to the team.
• Support service staff during peak hours to maintain operational efficiency.

  Etiquette & Compliance:

• Maintain high standards of grooming, posture, and uniform presentation.
• Ensure front entrance and waiting areas are clean, safe, and compliant with health and safety regulations.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Previous experience as a Hostess or in a guest-facing role within fine dining or high-end hospitality is preferred.
• Skills: Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities under pressure.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills and professional presentation.

Languages:

• English : Professional fluency required.

• Arabic : Professional proficiency is a strong advantage.
