• Welcome guests in a cheery welcoming manner.
• Handle guest queries/complaints.
• Remain aware of incoming VIPs/ Special Guests.
• Handle incoming calls on service phone promptly.
• Maintain Positive Guest Relations.
• Accommodate guest requests for change courteously.
• Assist team members where possible.
