Aircraft Management & Sales

We seek a dynamic and entrepreneurial Aircraft Management & Sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment focused on building new business opportunities and managing deals from initiation to successful sales and service delivery.

In this role, you will play a critical part in expanding our market presence by developing and executing strategic plans for territory growth. Your responsibilities will include creating and delivering compelling presentations, managing the entire RFP (Request for Proposal) process, building and maintaining comprehensive prospect lists, and conducting proactive outreach to potential clients.

Additionally, you will lead prospecting efforts through calls, meetings, and relationship-building, while skillfully negotiating and closing deals to secure new clients and business partnerships. This position demands a results-driven mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to foster long-term relationships that drive growth and success.

Essential Criteria

• 8+ years of experience in Aircraft Management & Sales in an Aviation Industry
• Comprehensive understanding of the Aviation industry
• Extensive aircraft knowledge
• English fluency (additional language is a plus)

Desirable Criteria

• Masters/Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
• Proven track record of Aircraft sales
• Client Contract Negotiations
