Software Sales Account Manager

Overview
We are looking for a Software Sales Account Manager to join our growing team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing existing customer accounts, driving revenue growth, and acquiring new customers in UAE.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow existing UAE customer accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities and acquire new customer logos.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers and decision-makers.
- Understand customer needs and propose suitable software solutions and services .
- Work closely with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience in software and IT solutions account management.
- Strong understanding of enterprise software, IT Service Management (ITSM), security solutions, and AI technologies.
- Mandatory experience working with customers in UAE.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
