Job Description:
Job Purpose The PMC Assistant will support the PMC team in coordinating production planning, material availability, inventory control, and daily production activities to ensure smooth and timely production operations. Key Responsibilities 。Assist in preparing and updating daily and weekly production plans. 。Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Stores, Sales, Logistics, and Quality departments regarding production requirements. 。Monitor the availability of raw materials, packaging materials, inks, chemicals, paper, and other production supplies. 。Follow up with the Store and Procurement teams to ensure materials are available as per the production schedule. 。Prepare and maintain production planning reports, material requirement reports, and daily production updates. 。Monitor production progress against planned quantities and report any delays or shortages to the PMC Supervisor. 。Assist in preparing Material Requirement Planning (MRP) and production-related documents. 。Maintain accurate records of production orders, material consumption, stock levels, and pending requirements. 。Coordinate with the warehouse/store team regarding material issuance and availability. 。Follow up on job orders/work orders and ensure they are properly updated in the system. 。Assist in monitoring production capacity, machine availability, and manpower requirements. 。Identify potential material shortages or production delays and communicate them to the relevant departments. 。Prepare Excel reports, trackers, and dashboards as required by the PMC Supervisor/Manager. 。Ensure production planning data is accurately entered and maintained in the ERP system. 。Support the PMC team in improving production schedules, material utilization, and overall workflow. 。Perform other PMC-related duties assigned by the supervisor or management. Requirements 。Diploma or Bachelor's degree in related field. 。1–3 years of experience in PMC, production planning, material control, or a similar role. 。Experience in the printing, packaging, manufacturing, or factory environment is mandatory. 。Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic reporting. 。Experience with ERP/MRP systems is an advantage. 。Good communication and coordination skills. 。Strong follow-up and organizational skills. 。Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines. 。Good command of English 。Willing to work in Ras Al Khaimah.
