A leading company in the UAE fit-out industry is looking for an experienced Document Controller to join its team. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience managing project documentation and ensuring all records are maintained accurately throughout the project lifecycle.

This role requires strong knowledge of document control procedures and hands-on experience with Oracle Aconex. Candidates with a background in UAE fit-out projects and excellent organizational skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain project documents and records.

• Handle document revisions, transmittals, and document registers.

• Coordinate document flow between project teams and stakeholders.

• Ensure all documentation complies with company and project requirements.

• Maintain accurate filing and tracking of project documents.

Requirements:

• 8–10 years of Document Control experience.

• UAE fit-out industry experience is mandatory.

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Aconex.
