AIOS is building the world's first full-stack AI doctor. We are a fast-growing, founder-led company serving over 150k patients monthly via Bolt Pharmacy, with a mission to transform global healthcare through autonomous prescribing systems.
Responsibilities
- Own and grow affiliate-attributed revenue through high-quality partner recruitment
- Manage end-to-end affiliate operations including sourcing, onboarding, and performance optimization
- Maintain strict content compliance and attribution accuracy within a regulated healthcare environment
- Build scalable reporting systems to track CAC, conversion, and partner concentration
Requirements
- 3+ years experience growing affiliate or performance-based acquisition channels
- Proficiency with platforms like Everflow or TradeTracker
- Strong analytical skills focused on attribution, CAC, and contribution margin
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare, pharma, or fintech
- Existing relationships with global publishers, comparison sites, or content creators
- Experience working in high-growth startup or scale-up environments
