Affiliate Business Development Manager

Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and develop affiliates with communities and relationships consisting of HNW clients and professional traders
- Manage and enhance relationships with HNW clients in MENA and build partnerships with influencers for user acquisition
- Plan and execute online and offline marketing activities, events, and campaigns with influencers, KOLs, or media channels
- Expand the user base and grow awareness of the OKX brand
- Devise creative ways to identify potential affiliates/KOLs and acquire users
Requirements
- Solid experience in Cryptocurrency, Finance, FX, or related spaces
- Track record in building large affiliate networks from start to finish
- Experience in business development or affiliate management
- Solid connections in the MENA region with HNW clients and professional traders
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Understanding of affiliate customer acquisition KPIs and data analysis
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working at a crypto exchange
- Experience working across time zones and cross-cultural teams
- Passion for blockchain technology and the crypto payments space
