Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient MEP Engineer Facility Management to oversee the end-to-end operations and maintenance of MEP systems across multiple facilities.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the optimal performance reliability and compliance of all mechanical electrical and plumbing systems through the effective execution of preventive and reactive maintenance strategies. This role demands a hands-on professional with strong technical expertise operational discipline and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the execution of Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and Reactive Maintenance (RM) activities across assigned facilities ensuring minimal downtime and operational continuity.

• Develop implement and continuously enhance asset-based maintenance plans aligned with system performance lifecycle requirements and operational priorities.

• Monitor diagnose and resolve technical issues across MEP systems including HVAC electrical distribution and plumbing networks ensuring efficient and sustainable operations.

• Coordinate with external contractors and service providers ensuring strict adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) .

• Manage emergency breakdowns and technical escalations with a structured and timely approach ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

• Prepare and present daily weekly and monthly operational reports highlighting performance metrics maintenance activities and improvement opportunities.

• Ensure full compliance with local authority regulations statutory requirements and HSE standards maintaining a safe and compliant working environment.

• Conduct regular site inspections audits and Toolbox Talks (TBTs) to promote safety awareness and operational excellence across teams.

• Monitor energy consumption trends and drive initiatives to optimize resource utilization reduce costs and support sustainability objectives.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering .

• 25 years of relevant experience in Facility Management (Hard Services) within the UAE.

• Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems maintenance methodologies and facility operations.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple sites vendors and maintenance activities effectively.

• Valid UAE Driving License (or willingness to obtain) is preferred.

• Excellent communication coordination and problem-solving skills.

• Candidates who are immediately available or on short notice will be given preference.
