Sales Engineer Oil Gas Solutions

We are currently recruiting Sales Engineers for a leading provider of advanced drilling technologies and downhole solutions in the UAE. This role is ideal for candidates with a technical background in engineering and a strong drive for sales and business development within the energy sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell PDC drill bits and downhole tools to clients within the UAE market
Identify client needs and propose tailored technical solutions based on drilling requirements
Provide application engineering support including technical presentations and product demonstrations
Build and maintain strong relationships with drilling contractors operators and service companies
Collaborate with field and technical teams to ensure optimal product performance and customer satisfaction
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
Prepare and deliver reports sales forecasts and account updates to the leadership team
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Chemical or Petroleum Engineering
2 to 3 years of experience in PDC drill bits downhole tools or drilling operations
Prior field engineering or technical sales experience is highly preferred
Strong knowledge of the UAE energy market and client landscape
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
