Sales Engineer_Outside

Reports to : Sales & Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

• To understand the details of products and services offered by Kleev.
• To work closely with sales team (inside) and propose suitable technical solutions.
• Develop effective working relationships with customers through regular contacts, identify and obtain further sales & business development opportunities.
• Adhere to all quality standards and processes, for the acquisition of customers, opportunities and submission of contract documents.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations to potential clients.
• Communicate and collaborate with the engineering team to customize products and services based on customer’s requirement.
• Assist in preparation of proposals, quotes and technical documents for sales pitches.
• Provide post-sales support to customers.
• Identify new sales opportunities
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics
• Identify potential customers and collaborate with internal team to understand possibilities of product customization.

Requirements:

• Min. 3-5 years of experience as a Sales Engineer or similar role.
• Engineering degree in Instrumentation/ Mechanical or relevant.
• Good knowledge technical products and services.
• Ability to build and customer relationship.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• UAE Driving License required.
