• Engage with customers to understand their business needs, challenges, and objectives.

• Design and build complete, tailored solutions based on customer requirements.

• Identify appropriate products and services that best address customer issues.

• Present and position solutions clearly and confidently to customers and stakeholders.

• Follow up with clients throughout the sales cycle to ensure alignment and progress.

• Collaborate with sales teams to drive opportunities forward and close deals.

• Provide consultative support and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Ensure solutions deliver measurable value to customers.

• 5–10 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Solution Consulting, or a similar customer-facing role.

• Strong educational background.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to understand business needs and translate them into practical solutions.

• Well-organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented.

• Professional presence and ability to engage confidently with clients.

• Experience managing customer engagements and following through on opportunities.
