Job Summary

Under the VP IA&ER direction, the Office of Institutional Advancement and External Relations Administrator will manage the office’s operational requirements, and handle various duties and responsibilities which include but are not limited to providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office, assisting VP IA&ER on duties relating to partnership relationships, industry access, meeting management and follow-up, briefing preparation, organization of key events, industry and stakeholder assessment, internal and external communications and coordination, market research, etc. The Partnerships and Industry Executive is responsible for all confidential and time‑sensitive materials of the office.

Job Purpose & Responsibilities

Under the VP IA&ER direction, the Office of Institutional Advancement and External Relations Administrator will manage the office’s operational requirements, and handle various duties and responsibilities which include but are not limited to providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office, assisting VP IA&ER on duties relating to partnership relationships, industry access, meeting management and follow‑up, briefing preparation, organization of key events, industry and stakeholder assessment, internal and external communications and coordination, market research, etc. The Partnerships and Industry Executive is responsible for all confidential and time‑sensitive materials of the office.

Minimum Qualification and Education

• Essential: Bachelor’s degree in education, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Liberal Arts or a related degree

Required Knowledge and Skills

• Proficiency in technology, AI, MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access.
• Ability to analyze and revise operating practices to improve efficiency.
• Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast‑paced office environment.
• Exceptional communication skills including writing skills in Arabic and English.
• Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner.

Work Experience

• 3-5 years of experience
