Job Description

• Pastry Operations: Oversee the preparation and presentation of pastries, desserts, and bakery items.

• Menu Innovation: Develop and implement new pastry recipes and seasonal menus.

• Team Supervision: Manage and train pastry team members.

• Inventory Management: Monitor supplies and maintain cost control.

• Quality Assurance: Ensure consistency, quality, and hygiene standards.

• Collaboration: Work with chefs and event planners for customized dessert offerings.

Qualifications

• Degree in Pastry Arts or Culinary Arts.

• Previous experience as Executive Pastry Chef in luxury hospitality.

• Artistic presentation and attention to detail.

• Strong leadership and training skills.

• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
