Requirements

• Certificate/diploma in culinary arts from a recognized institution.
• Previous experience as an Executive Sous Chef (or strong Senior Sous Chef background) in a 5‑star luxury hotel, fine‑dining restaurant, or international resort.
• Advanced knowledge of cooking techniques, menu planning, and kitchen management.
• Strong leadership, teamwork, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
