Support Excellence Manager - People & Ops
Remotedxb
Remotedxb is seeking a Head of Support to lead a growing Shared Service Center in delivering exceptional customer and partner satisfaction. You will coach a team of Support Leads, drive operational excellence, and implement data-driven improvements across processes and teams.
You will collaborate with Content, Training, and Quality teams to raise service standards, introduce new ways of working, and build strong stakeholder partnerships to enhance the end-to-end customer experience.
