Data Entry Specialist

Kazamer Tax Consultant is seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Specialist to join its administrative team in Dubai . This position is ideal for someone with excellent computer skills, accurate typing ability, and a careful approach to handling business and financial information. The successful candidate will maintain digital records, process documents, update databases, and support different departments with accurate and timely data management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update company, client, financial, and administrative information into databases and internal systems.
• Review source documents and verify information before entering data.
• Maintain accurate digital records, spreadsheets, forms, and business databases.
• Identify and correct data entry errors, duplicate records, and missing information.
• Prepare and update Microsoft Excel spreadsheets and routine data reports.
• Organize, scan, upload, and maintain digital documents for easy retrieval.
• Assist the accounting team with entering invoice, payment, expense, and transaction information.
• Support HR and administration teams with employee records and other authorized data.
• Retrieve information from databases and provide accurate reports when requested.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive client, financial, and company information.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to clarify incomplete or inconsistent information.
• Maintain proper backup and filing of important digital records.
• Complete assigned data processing tasks within required deadlines.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting , or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in data entry, administration, accounting support, or a similar role.
• Excellent typing speed with strong accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook , and database systems.
• Experience with accounting software, CRM platforms, or ERP systems is an advantage.
• Good understanding of data management and document organization.
• Strong time-management and multitasking abilities.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
