Data Entry Operator

A reputable company is hiring a Data Entry Operator to accurately enter, update, verify, and maintain company information and records. This opportunity is suitable for both freshers and experienced candidates with good computer skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

Enter and update data accurately into company systems and databases.
Review information for accuracy and correct errors when identified.
Maintain and organize digital and physical records.
Process documents, forms, invoices, and other data-related information.
Verify data against source documents before submission.
Retrieve and provide information when required.
Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.
Prepare basic reports and spreadsheets.
Perform data sorting, filing, and document organization.
Coordinate with other departments regarding missing or incorrect information.
Complete assigned data entry tasks within deadlines.
Perform other back-office and administrative duties as required.

Requirements:

Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Good working knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good organizational and time-management skills.

Good communication skills.
Previous data entry or office experience is an advantage.
