Description:

IAP Real Estate is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Operator to join its team in Dubai. This role is ideal for individuals who have excellent data management skills and can maintain accurate records while supporting daily administrative operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for entering and updating company data, maintaining confidential records, preparing reports, and coordinating with different departments to ensure information is accurate and up to date. Candidates who are available for immediate joining will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update property, client, and transaction information in the company database.

• Maintain accurate digital and physical records.

• Verify data accuracy and correct incomplete or incorrect information.

• Prepare spreadsheets, reports, and administrative documents as required.

• Organize and securely maintain confidential company records.

• Coordinate with relevant departments to collect and update information.

• Perform routine data validation, quality checks, and maintain data backups.

• Provide general administrative support when required.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in data entry or administration is preferred.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• Fast and accurate typing skills.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.

• UAE real estate experience will be an advantage.
