TransCrate International Logistics is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Coordinator to join its growing team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in UAE warehouse operations who can efficiently coordinate daily activities while ensuring smooth inventory and documentation processes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting warehouse operations across Freezone and Mainland facilities, maintaining accurate records, handling warehouse billing, and ensuring operational efficiency through effective coordination and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily warehouse operations across UAE Freezone and Mainland facilities.

• Prepare and manage warehouse billing, documentation, and operational records.

• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock movement and reporting.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support efficient warehouse operations.

• Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Excel and warehouse management procedures.

• Ensure daily warehouse activities are completed efficiently and in compliance with company standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 2–3 years of experience in UAE Freezone and Mainland warehouse operations.

• Good knowledge of warehouse billing and documentation procedures.

• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Good understanding of inventory management and warehouse operations.

• Strong knowledge of:

 • Warehouse documentation and billing processes.

 • Inventory management and stock control.
