Description:

A growing company based in Jumeirah Lakes Towers (JLT), Dubai, is seeking an experienced Office Coordinator to manage the day-to-day operations of its office. This full-time, permanent position is ideal for a highly organized professional who can work independently while ensuring smooth administrative and bookkeeping functions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for corporate administration, client correspondence, practical bookkeeping, and maintaining efficient office operations. Applicants must currently reside in the UAE, be available for an in-person interview in Dubai, and meet all the required qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations and administration of the office.

• Handle corporate administration and professional client correspondence.

• Maintain bookkeeping records, including invoicing, expense tracking, and bank reconciliations.

• Coordinate office activities while working independently in a single-person office environment.

• Ensure accurate documentation and support general administrative functions.

Requirements:

• Currently residing in the UAE.

• Available to attend an in-person interview in Dubai.

• 3+ years of office administration experience in the UAE.

• Strong written and spoken Business English.

• Practical bookkeeping experience, including invoicing, expense records, and bank reconciliation.

• Comfortable working independently in a single-person office.

• Hands-on DMCC portal experience or experience with another UAE Free Zone is an advantage.

• Arabic or Turkish language skills are an advantage.

• Existing residence status, such as spouse sponsorship or Golden Visa, is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of:

• Office administration and corporate coordination.

• Bookkeeping, invoicing, and bank reconciliation.

• Business communication and client correspondence.
