EDGE is seeking an experienced Bidding & Proposal Manager to lead the end-to-end bid lifecycle, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality, competitive, and compliant proposals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex bids and proposals from opportunity qualification to submission and handover.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Business Development, Finance, PMO, Contracts, Procurement, and Technical functions.
- Develop bid strategies, schedules, governance, and approval processes.
- Analyse customer requirements and drive the preparation of winning proposals.
- Ensure seamless transition from bid phase to project execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Engineering preferred).
- 15+ years of bid/proposal management experience.
- Strong experience managing international tenders within the Aerospace & Defence sector.
- Knowledge of APMP and/or Shipley bid management methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.
