Leasing Agent

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist prospective tenants visiting our office or properties.
• Accompany customers during property viewings and provide professional guidance throughout the visit.
• Explain property features, amenities, rental prices, payment terms, and tenancy conditions.
• Understand customers' requirements and recommend suitable properties based on their preferences and budget.
• Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner, both in person and over the phone.
• Coordinate with the leasing and administration teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.
• Maintain accurate records of customer visits, inquiries, and follow-ups.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective tenants to maximize leasing opportunities.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and maintaining a professional attitude.
• Represent the company professionally and maintain a positive image at all times.

Candidate Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service and sales-oriented mindset.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to communicate confidently in English (Arabic is an added advantage).
• Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM/property management systems.
• Previous experience in real estate, leasing, or customer service is preferred.
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage but not mandatory.
