Leasing Agent

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist prospective tenants visiting our office or properties.
- Accompany customers during property viewings and provide professional guidance throughout the visit.
- Explain property features, amenities, rental prices, payment terms, and tenancy conditions.
- Understand customers' requirements and recommend suitable properties based on their preferences and budget.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner, both in person and over the phone.
- Coordinate with the leasing and administration teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.
- Maintain accurate records of customer visits, inquiries, and follow-ups.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective tenants to maximize leasing opportunities.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and maintaining a professional attitude.
- Represent the company professionally and maintain a positive image at all times.
Candidate Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service and sales-oriented mindset.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to communicate confidently in English (Arabic is an added advantage).
- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM/property management systems.
- Previous experience in real estate, leasing, or customer service is preferred.
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage but not mandatory.
