What you'll be doing

Layla AI is Chalhoub Group's AI-powered beauty assistant, live on the FACES app across the UAE and KSA, helping customers discover products through features like Beauty Passport and ScentDNA. Join Chalhoub Group's AI Lab and help scale Layla across the FACES Middle East business — and into new brand pilots across the Group's portfolio — as our Project Coordinator, reporting to the Product Owner. This role sits at the center of a fast-moving, cross-functional program, supporting coordination across Product, Engineering, Design, CRM, Commerce, Marketing, and Retail as Layla's roadmap grows.

• Assist in coordinating the execution of the Conversational Commerce product roadmap as Layla AI scales across the FACES Middle East business.

• Support delivery across Product, Engineering, Design, CRM, Commerce, Marketing, and Retail teams.

• Coordinate CRM activations and customer engagement initiatives.

• Support in-store touchpoint activities for Retail Conversational Commerce.

• Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Previous experience as a Junior Product Coordinator or Associate Product Manager.

• Experience coordinating digital product delivery across cross-functional teams (required).

• Understanding of AI capabilities and trends (advantageous)
