Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement export sales strategies to achieve international sales targets.
• Identify new markets, distributors, importers, and business opportunities.
• Manage relationships with existing international customers and partners.
• Promote FMCG products, including food and beverage products, to overseas markets.
• Negotiate sales agreements, pricing, payment terms, and contracts with international clients.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and market expansion plans.
• Coordinate with logistics, production, and supply chain teams for export orders.
• Ensure timely shipment, documentation, and compliance with export requirements.
• Monitor international market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Attend trade exhibitions, business meetings, and networking events when required.
• Prepare export sales reports and analyze performance.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and resolve export-related issues.
• Develop long-term partnerships with distributors and key accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Export Sales Manager in the FMCG industry.
• Experience in food business and beverages is mandatory .
• Strong knowledge of international sales, export procedures, and market development.
• Experience dealing with distributors, importers, and overseas customers.
• Knowledge of export documentation and international trade regulations is preferred.
• Ability to travel internationally when required.
