An Export Sales Supervisor (FMCG) is responsible for supporting export sales operations, managing customer relationships, coordinating international orders, and assisting in achieving overseas sales targets for FMCG products.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Export Sales Manager in executing export sales strategies.
• Manage daily communication with international customers, distributors, and business partners.
• Follow up on export inquiries, quotations, orders, and shipment updates.
• Assist in developing new export markets and customer accounts.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing overseas clients.
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure timely order delivery.
• Prepare sales reports, order status updates, and market feedback.
• Monitor customer requirements and ensure proper documentation.
• Assist with export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents.
• Track shipments and coordinate with logistics providers.
• Support pricing discussions and customer negotiations.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
• Ensure customer complaints and issues are handled promptly.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales databases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field.
• Experience in FMCG export sales is preferred.
• Experience in food and beverage business is an advantage.
• Knowledge of export processes, documentation, and international trade procedures.
• Experience dealing with distributors, importers, or overseas customers is preferred.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and sales reporting tools.
