Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly KPIs assigned
• Ensure telesales activities are directed to meeting sales targets
• Maintain service standards and monitor, evaluate, and measure performance to achieve top productivity and efficiency from systems and product campaigns
• Analyze and convert leads into sales; update all systems as per the call with the customer; process requests or offers given to the customer
• Meet KPI targets set in terms of revenues through PL Sales and PL Fulfillment
• Acquire new business through cross‑sell to increase penetrations
• Manage assigned leads via CRM within the agreed TAT (Drop Offs)
• Ensure controls and requirements of the business are adhered to in line with bank policies to ensure quality growth in business
• Constantly follow up with the concerned department if the process is delayed or not fulfilled as per the customer’s request; handle all customer issues and resolve them promptly, highlighting them to the team lead
• Maintain records of all approvals, requests, and reports handled for outbound channels along with Personal Loan Sales and Fulfillment
• Generate revenue through Personal Banking Personal Loan Sales
• Ensure end‑to‑end customer service, ensuring quality growth in earnings through focused penetration of target segments with optimal risk propositions

Qualifications

Diploma / Highschool, 2-3 years of relevant work experience in Personal Banking in the functions of PMU, Relationship Management, Tele Sales, Services.

Have market knowledge and Personal Banking understanding; have technical skill set across diverse products.

Understand Personal Loan Sales and Fulfillment processes.
