Operations Coordinator

Ampsy Consultancy LLC is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to manage and coordinate daily business setup operations, government authority processing, client documentation, and internal team coordination. The ideal candidate should have experience in UAE company formation, visa processing, and government compliance procedures.

Key Responsibilities

· Coordinate daily operations related to company formation, license amendments, renewals, and cancellations.

· Process applications with DED, Free Zones, Immigration, MOHRE, ICP, RERA, FTA, and other UAE government authorities.

· Prepare and verify application documents, MOAs, resolutions, agreements, and supporting documentation.

· Track job progress and ensure timely completion of all assigned tasks.

· Coordinate with clients for required documents and provide regular status updates.

· Liaise with government departments, banks, business centers, and channel partners.

· Maintain accurate records in the company's CRM and document management systems.

· Coordinate with the sales, accounts, and compliance teams to ensure smooth execution of client services.

· Monitor license, visa, and compliance deadlines and follow up proactively.

· Prepare operational reports and update management on pending and completed cases.

· Ensure high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.

Requirements

· Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in business setup, PRO services, or company formation.

· Excellent communication skills in English 

· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.

· Ability to work independently and under pressure while meeting deadlines.

· Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills.
