Call Center Representatives

E& CX Solutions is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Call Center Representatives to join its growing team in Deira, Dubai. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers professionally.

• Provide customer support through chat channels with accuracy and efficiency.

• Promote company products, services, and offers while understanding customer requirements.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.

• Achieve quality standards, productivity goals, and performance targets.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up when required.

• Handle customer concerns and provide timely solutions.

Requirements:

• Strong command of English and Arabic, both spoken and written.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to manage outbound calls and chat support effectively.

• Positive attitude with adaptability and willingness to learn.

• Previous experience in customer service, outbound sales, telesales, or call center operations is an advantage.

• Ability to work in a dynamic and target-driven environment.
