E& CX Solutions is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Call Center Representatives to join its growing team in Deira, Dubai. This role is suitable for individuals who enjoy customer interaction, delivering excellent service, and building their careers in a fast-paced and professional environment.
The selected candidates will handle outbound calls and chat support, assist customers with their inquiries, promote products and services, and ensure a positive customer experience. The role also offers opportunities for career development and growth within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers professionally.
• Provide customer support through chat channels with accuracy and efficiency.
• Promote company products, services, and offers while understanding customer requirements.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.
• Achieve quality standards, productivity goals, and performance targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up when required.
• Handle customer concerns and provide timely solutions.
Requirements:
• Strong command of English and Arabic, both spoken and written.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage outbound calls and chat support effectively.
• Positive attitude with adaptability and willingness to learn.
• Previous experience in customer service, outbound sales, telesales, or call center operations is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and target-driven environment.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Customer service practices and communication techniques.
• Outbound calling and chat support procedures.
• Customer relationship management and service quality standards.
