Sales Manager - Recruitment & Staffing

We are seeking a results-driven sales professional with a proven track record in selling recruitment and staffing solutions. The role is purely revenue-focused responsible for aggressive business acquisition and development and consistent achievement of goals.
This position is not delivery-focusedit is for a hunter who thrives on closing deals building pipelines and driving growth.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
- Drive new client acquisition for permanent staffing contract staffing executive search RPO and bulk hiring solutions
- Identify qualify and close mid to large enterprise accounts
- Own the entire sales cycle: lead generation pitching negotiation closure.
Client Engagement
- Understand client hiring needs budgets and timelines to position the right staffing solutions
- Negotiate commercials contracts SLAs and payment terms
- Maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
Market & Revenue Growth
- Track market trends competitor activity and pricing benchmarks
- Represent the company at networking events and industry forums.

Experience
- 810 years of sales experience in Recruitment / Staffing / Manpower consulting
- Proven success in B2B sales with consistent target achievement
- Strong experience in GCC & MENA markets preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent communication presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Commercially sharp with strong business acumen.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- New client acquisitions
- Average deal size
- Client retention & repeat business
