Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented IT Recruiter to join our growing technology team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in sourcing, attracting, and onboarding top-tier technical talent to support our innovation-driven projects and scalable infrastructure needs. As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring we attract skilled professionals who align with our technical excellence and company culture. Your expertise in technology hiring, combined with a proactive approach to talent acquisition, will directly impact our ability to scale efficiently and maintain a competitive edge in the fast-evolving tech landscape.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers/Leads to understand technical needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
  
• Source and identify qualified professionals through job boards, LinkedIn, networking events, and employee referrals.
  
• Conduct initial screening interviews, assess technical aptitude, and evaluate cultural fit.
  
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate communication, interview coordination, and offer negotiations.
  
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate and timely candidate data.
  
• Build and nurture a pipeline of passive candidates for future IT and technical roles.
  
• Collaborate with HR and leadership to improve recruitment metrics, reduce time-to-hire, and enhance candidate experience.
  
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive hiring practices in the tech sector.
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the technology or IT industry.
  
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with the ability to engage with technical stakeholders.
  
• Proven ability to manage multiple hires simultaneously with attention to detail and deadlines.
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  
• Familiarity with AED10000 salary benchmarks and compensation structures in the UAE tech market.
  
• Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
