Interior Designer & Sales Representative

OPPEIN UAE is expanding its Abu Dhabi team and is looking for a talented and commercially driven Interior Designer & Sales Representative. The ideal candidate combines strong interior design knowledge with proven sales experience and manages the complete client journey — from consultation to project closure.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet clients and understand their lifestyle, design preferences, space requirements, and budget.

• Create customized kitchen, wardrobe, cabinetry, and whole-house interior solutions.

• Prepare and present professional design concepts, proposals, and quotations.

• Manage the full sales process — consultations, follow-ups, negotiations, and project closure.

• Achieve individual and company sales targets.

• Build strong client relationships and deliver a premium customer experience.

• Coordinate with technical, production, delivery, and installation teams.

• Maintain accurate project documentation and follow-up records.

• Stay updated on interior design trends, materials, products, and innovations.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in interior design, sales, or a related field.

• Proven sales experience in kitchens, cabinetry, furniture, interiors, real estate, or related industries.

• Strong knowledge of kitchen and cabinetry design is highly preferred.

• Proficiency in relevant interior design software.

• Fluency in English and Arabic is required.

• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.

• Strong attention to detail with ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines.

• UAE market experience is highly preferred.

• Candidates residing in Abu Dhabi will have an advantage.

• Own visa is an advantage.
