Job Summary

Were looking for a dynamic results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist White & Blue Collar to manage end-to-end recruitment across professional administrative technical and site-based roles. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment excels at multitasking and plays a key role in attracting top-tier talent while ensuring compliance with UAE labor regulations and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define manpower requirements and candidate profiles

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for white and blue-collar positions including C-level roles

• Draft and publish engaging job advertisements across job portals and social media

• Source candidates via job boards professional networks referrals and direct outreach

• Screen CVs conduct interviews and coordinate final selection processes

• Maintain positive candidate engagement and ensure smooth onboarding coordination

• Track recruitment KPIs prepare reports and recommend process improvements

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field

• 35 years of recruitment experience in the UAE preferably within the construction or heavy equipment sectors

• Proven experience hiring across white and blue-collar roles including senior leadership

• Strong communication organizational and analytical skills

• Proficiency in English

• Ability to work in a dynamic high-volume recruitment environment
