We are looking for a **commission-only Sales & Client Acquisition Specialist** to generate qualified B2B leads for our premium AI development agency specializing in European-grade architecture, React/Next.js, Node.js, Python, and AI automation solutions.

## Your Mission

Identify and engage decision-makers including:

* Agency Owners
* Startup Founders
* E-commerce Directors

Target regions include:

* United States
* United Kingdom
* Europe
* Australia

Primary outreach channels:

* Cold Email
* LinkedIn Outreach

You will work using a documented outreach playbook — no guesswork required.

## Compensation (Fraud-Proof Structure)

### Revenue Share

* **15% commission** on collected revenue from every paid client project you source
* Typical project sizes:
* MVPs: Minimum **$2,500**
* Retainers: **$800–$3,000/month**

### Performance Bonus

* **$200 bonus** for every free prototype that converts into a paid contract
* Bonus is paid only after the client’s first invoice clears successfully

### Important Condition

* No payment for calls or prototypes that do not result in paid work
* This structure is designed to eliminate fake inquiries and low-quality leads

## Requirements

### Experience

* Proven B2B sales experience in one or more of the following:
* Development agencies
* SaaS
* Digital services
* Must be comfortable working on a commission-only basis

### Skills

* Excellent written English for personalized cold outreach
* Comfortable sending:
* 30–50 cold emails per day
* LinkedIn outreach messages

### Mindset

* Must understand premium positioning
* No discount selling
* No chasing low-budget clients
