Requirements:

• UAEN with a Family Book
  
• High School or Diploma qualification
  
• 12 years of experience in customer service operations or administration (preferred)
  
• Strong communication skills in Arabic and English
  
• Proficient in computer use and Windows-based applications
  
• Organized detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
