Real Estate Sales Supervisor

A dynamic property sales environment in Dubai offers an opportunity for an experienced Real Estate Sales Supervisor to guide sales activities, support property consultants, monitor team performance, and contribute to achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily activities of the real estate sales team.
Assign leads, client inquiries, and sales tasks among team members.
Monitor individual and team sales performance against assigned targets.
Guide agents through property presentations, client meetings, and negotiations.
Follow up on leads, prospects, viewings, and ongoing transactions.
Assist team members in handling client questions and sales-related concerns.
Review sales pipelines and identify opportunities for improving conversions.
Coordinate property viewings, meetings, and follow-up activities.
Maintain accurate records of leads, clients, listings, and sales activities.
Prepare regular sales performance reports for management.
Coordinate with property management, documentation, finance, and other departments when required.
Support onboarding and training of new sales team members.
Ensure team members follow company procedures and professional standards.
Monitor market activity, property trends, and competitor developments.
Help resolve customer issues and escalate complex matters when necessary.
Motivate the sales team and encourage consistent achievement of targets.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience in real estate sales, preferably in a supervisory or team-lead role.
Freshers with relevant qualifications and strong sales or leadership skills may also apply.
Good understanding of Dubai’s real estate market is an advantage.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage sales targets, leads, and team performance.
Good knowledge of customer relationship management and sales follow-up.
Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office.
Confident, professional, and target-oriented approach.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
UAE/GCC real estate experience is an advantage.
