Description:
A leading real estate developer in Dubai is looking for an experienced Loyalty Sales Manager to drive repeat business, customer referrals, and revenue growth from existing property owners and investors. The role requires a sales professional with strong knowledge of the Dubai property market and proven experience in relationship-based sales.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing loyalty strategies, managing client relationships, and leading sales initiatives to achieve business targets. Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills are required to build long-term customer value and maximize sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute strategies to increase repeat sales and customer referrals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing property owners and investors.
• Manage customer engagement initiatives to improve loyalty and retention.
• Lead and support the sales team to achieve monthly and business targets.
• Track sales performance and identify opportunities for revenue growth.
• Conduct negotiations and ensure successful deal closures.
• Provide market insights and recommendations based on Dubai real estate trends.
Requirements:
• 5–8 years of experience in real estate sales.
• Strong Dubai real estate market knowledge and sales experience.
• Experience in loyalty, relationship, repeat, or referral sales.
• 2–3+ years of team management experience is preferred.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and lead sales teams.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and closing skills.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Dubai property market and real estate trends.
• Customer relationship management and retention strategies.
• Sales leadership, negotiation, and business development.
