About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Agent to support property buyers, sellers, and investors across the Dubai real estate market.

The role will involve generating leads, understanding client requirements, presenting suitable residential and investment properties, arranging property viewings, negotiating transactions, and managing clients throughout the sales process. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the Dubai property market, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to business development.

The role will cover opportunities across apartments, villas, townhouses, luxury residences, off-plan projects, and investment properties, with a strong focus on delivering transparent and client-focused property advisory.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Generate new property sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, social media, property portals, events, and personal contacts.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective buyers, investors, sellers, and property owners.
• Respond promptly to inbound enquiries and qualify leads based on budget, location, property type, and investment objectives.
• Develop new client relationships and consistently expand the personal sales network.
• Follow up with prospects regularly and convert qualified leads into property transactions.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.

Client Consultation & Property Advisory

• Understand clients' property requirements, financial objectives, preferred locations, and timelines.
• Recommend suitable properties based on client needs, budget, lifestyle preferences, and investment objectives.
• Provide accurate information regarding property specifications, pricing, payment plans, availability, and transaction processes.
• Explain relevant market information and comparable properties to support informed client decisions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dubai communities, property values, new developments, and market activity.

Property Sales & Viewings

• Arrange and conduct property viewings for prospective buyers and investors.
• Present property features, amenities, location benefits, and investment considerations professionally.
• Coordinate with developers, property owners, landlords, and other brokers to arrange access to properties.
• Maintain strong knowledge of available ready and off-plan inventory.
• Identify suitable alternatives when a property does not meet the client's requirements.
• Follow up after viewings to understand client feedback and progress the opportunity.

Off-Plan & Developer Sales

• Develop knowledge of upcoming and existing off-plan projects across Dubai.
• Maintain awareness of developer launches, inventory, pricing, payment plans, and promotional offers.
• Present suitable off-plan opportunities to investors and end-users.
• Coordinate with developer sales teams regarding availability, booking procedures, documentation, and client requirements.
• Build professional relationships with developer representatives and channel partners.

Negotiation & Deal Closure

• Negotiate property prices, offers, payment terms, and transaction conditions between buyers and sellers.
• Support clients throughout the offer and counteroffer process.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to move transactions efficiently toward closure.
• Explain booking procedures, agreements, deposits, commissions, and transaction requirements to clients.
• Maintain regular communication with all parties until the transaction is successfully completed.
• Identify opportunities for repeat business and client referrals.

Transaction & Documentation Support

• Assist clients with the documentation required for property transactions.
• Coordinate with administrative, legal, finance, developer, and conveyancing teams as required.
• Support the preparation and completion of relevant transaction documents.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, property details, offers, and transactions.
• Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with applicable Dubai real estate regulations and internal procedures.

Client Relationship & After-Sales Support

• Build long-term relationships with buyers, investors, sellers, and property owners.
• Maintain regular communication with clients before, during, and after transactions.
• Provide appropriate post-sale assistance and coordinate with relevant teams on outstanding requirements.
• Identify opportunities for additional purchases, resale, leasing, referrals, and future investment.
• Develop a strong personal client network to generate recurring business.

Market Research & Networking

• Monitor Dubai property prices, market trends, new launches, inventory, and transaction activity.
• Track developments across key residential and investment communities.
• Attend property exhibitions, networking events, developer launches, and industry activities.
• Build relationships with investors, entrepreneurs, business owners, landlords, developers, and other industry professionals.
• Maintain strong awareness of competing properties and market pricing.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
• 1–4 years of experience in Dubai/UAE real estate sales, property brokerage, sales, or a related client-facing role.
• Fresh candidates with strong sales ability and relevant UAE real estate knowledge may also be considered.
• Proven ability to generate leads and convert prospects into clients.
• Strong understanding of Dubai's residential property market is preferred.
• Experience with off-plan and/or secondary-market property sales is an advantage.
• RERA-related real estate knowledge or certification is preferred.
• Existing network of buyers, investors, property owners, or developers will be an advantage.
• UAE driving license is preferred.
