Job Description:
A Dubai-based real estate brokerage is looking for an ambitious Sales Agent to manage leads and close real estate deals.
The role includes:
• Handling, following up on leads, and converting them into clients
• Pitching and presenting Off-Plan and Ready property projects to buyers
• Conducting client meetings, negotiations, and closing deals
• Utilizing CRM, WhatsApp tools, and sales tracking systems daily
• Coordinating with developers and attending new project launches
Requirements:
• 1–3 years of Dubai real estate sales experience
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets
• Strong off-plan knowledge and closing record
• Strong CRM, technical, and lead-management skills
• Fluent Arabic
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and self-management skills
Compensation:
Competitive commission structure / Fixed allowance + high performance commission.
