HR & Executive Assistant job (M/F) in Dubai, UAE

Company Overview

A prestigious holding company operating three specialised brands across oil shipping and logistics, oil commodity trading, and oil supply services. The company’s three partners are based in Dubai and oversee a global workforce spanning four international offices, including operations in France and Denmark.

Responsibilities

• Support the three partners directly in all HR, administrative, contractual, and operational matters on a daily basis.
• Manage sensitive matters independently and maintain confidentiality.
• Anticipate the partners’ needs and provide proactive solutions to keep the organisation running smoothly.
• Coordinate travel, meetings and events, including occasional trips to France, Denmark and other locations.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as an Executive Assistant or senior HR professional in a demanding corporate environment.
• Strong background in law, banking, finance or international business preferred.
• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks and tight deadlines.
• Polished communication skills, both written and verbal, in English (additional languages are an asset).
• Proven ability to work independently and manage sensitive information with discretion.
• Female candidates of European background are preferred.
• Must already be based in the UAE.

Location

Dubai – occasional travel to France, Denmark and other locations.
