Description:

Al Mufaddal Global FZCO is looking for an Accountant to join its team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have basic to intermediate accounting knowledge, bookkeeping experience, and the ability to support daily financial operations along with general office administration tasks.

The role involves maintaining financial records, processing accounting entries, preparing reports, coordinating with customers and logistics providers, and supporting shipment arrangements. The successful candidate should be organized, reliable, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates with UAE experience and hands-on knowledge of QuickBooks Desktop will be preferred for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping entries.

• Process daily accounting transactions and manage financial documentation.

• Prepare and organize accounting reports and records.

• Handle general office administration activities.

• Support daily office operations and coordination tasks.

• Communicate with customers and logistics providers regarding requirements.

• Coordinate DHL and other shipment arrangements.

• Collect supplier quotations and negotiate competitive pricing.

• Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized records.

Requirements:

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping.

• UAE accounting experience is required.

• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Desktop is mandatory.
