Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to become part of our Finance & Accounts team in Dubai. This role is ideal for an experienced accounting professional who can oversee financial operations across multiple entities while maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance.

The successful candidate will manage day-to-day accounting activities for operations in the UAE, KSA, and Oman. Responsibilities include financial reporting, reconciliations, taxation, budgeting, and supporting the organization’s month-end and year-end financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle general accounting activities and oversee month-end closing procedures.

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

• Perform bank and petty cash reconciliations accurately.

• Coordinate payroll-related accounting activities.

• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations.

• Maintain accounting records for multiple entities across the UAE, KSA, and Oman.

• Prepare financial reports, budgets, and management reports.

• Support internal and external audits while ensuring regulatory compliance.

• Coordinate effectively with vendors, clients, and internal departments.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience.

• Previous UAE accounting experience is mandatory.

• Strong practical experience with Zoho Books and Microsoft Excel.

• Hands-on experience with UAE VAT and Corporate Tax requirements.

• Knowledge of accounting and tax regulations in KSA and Oman.

• TallyPrime experience will be considered an advantage.

• Excellent analytical, reconciliation, and financial reporting skills.
