Description:

Al Rustumani Owner Association Management Services LLC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join its team in Dubai. The role is suitable for accounting professionals with UAE experience who can support financial operations and maintain accurate accounting records.

The selected candidate will handle accounting activities including reconciliations, invoicing, reporting, and compliance-related tasks while supporting the company’s financial processes. Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.

• Perform bank and supplier reconciliations.

• Prepare client invoices, statements of account (SOA), and follow up on payments.

• Support payroll processing and WPS-related activities.

• Assist with basic project/job costing and management reporting.

• Maintain accurate accounting records and financial documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.

• 1–3 years of UAE accounting experience.

• FM, MEP, Maintenance, or Contracting experience is preferred.

• Good working knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax.

• Proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Excel.

• Strong knowledge of:

• Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

• Bank and supplier reconciliation.

• Payroll and WPS processes.

• Project costing and financial reporting.
