Description:

Salmon Farm LLC is looking for a skilled Accountant to become part of its finance team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with solid accounting knowledge and experience managing inventory-related financial operations in a fast-paced business environment.

The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting daily accounting functions, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring effective inventory control. Candidates with previous experience in food manufacturing, trading, FMCG, or warehouse operations will have an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inventory accounting and stock control activities.

• Perform stock reconciliations, inventory movement tracking, and variance analysis.

• Handle Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and bank reconciliations.

• Maintain the general ledger and ensure accurate financial records.

• Prepare reports using Excel and accounting/ERP systems.

• Support daily finance operations while maintaining accuracy and compliance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Accounting and Finance.

• Strong background in Inventory Accounting and Stock Control.

• Experience with stock reconciliation, inventory movements, and variance analysis.

• Knowledge of AP/AR, bank reconciliation, and general ledger.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems.

• Previous experience in a food manufacturing, trading, FMCG, or warehouse environment is an advantage.

• UAE experience is preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

• Strong knowledge of:

• Inventory Accounting & Stock Control

• AP/AR, General Ledger & Bank Reconciliation

• Microsoft Excel & ERP/Accounting Systems
