Description:

Chocolala LLC is looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to join its finance team in the UAE. This full-time opportunity is ideal for an accounting professional with strong reconciliation skills and knowledge of VAT regulations who can support accurate financial reporting and daily accounting operations.

The successful candidate will manage sales verification, tax invoicing, reconciliations across multiple payment channels, VAT reporting, and banking transactions. The role requires strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and the capability to work in a fast-paced business environment. Immediate joiners currently available in the UAE are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and issue tax invoices in compliance with applicable regulations.

• Review and verify daily branch sales transactions.

• Reconcile sales from multiple payment channels, including cash, card, Talabat, online payments, and mobile applications.

• Identify, analyze, and resolve sales discrepancies while preparing reports and updating system corrections.

• Perform advance reconciliations and monitor financial transactions.

• Record and reconcile bank charges accurately.

• Prepare and maintain Output VAT reports.

• Follow up with credit customers and perform customer account reconciliations.

• Conduct regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records.

• Manage receipts and payments for the Qatar branch.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Relevant accounting experience.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and UAE VAT regulations.

• Excellent reconciliation and analytical skills.

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines.

• Must be available in the UAE.

• Immediate availability to join.

• Male candidates are preferred.

• Ability to commute or relocate to Ras Al Khaimah before starting work.
