Senior Executive

Sobha Furniture is looking for a highly organized and experienced Senior Executive to join its team in Dubai. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in facilities management and administration, particularly within a manufacturing environment.

The successful candidate will oversee daily facility operations, manage vendor relationships, coordinate maintenance activities, and ensure that administrative processes run efficiently. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for maintaining a safe and productive workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the company’s facilities.

• Supervise housekeeping, maintenance, waste management, and external service providers.

• Coordinate office infrastructure projects, space planning, inspections, and preventive maintenance activities.

• Maintain facility documentation, service contracts, compliance records, and invoice processing.

• Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient facility operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

• 5–8 years of experience in Facilities & Administration.

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

• Strong vendor management, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

•  Strong knowledge of:

• Facilities management and preventive maintenance

• Vendor coordination and contract administration

• Compliance documentation and office operations
