Sales Executive

CASTECH Middle East FZE is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to strengthen its presence across Dubai and the Northern Emirates. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with experience in the construction chemicals industry who are passionate about business development and building long-term customer relationships.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth within the construction chemicals market. Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction chemicals sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, distributors, and key industry clients.
• Achieve sales targets while contributing to overall business growth.
• Conduct market research to identify prospective customers and expand market presence.
• Respond to client inquiries, prepare quotations, and negotiate sales agreements.
• Maintain regular communication with customers to ensure long-term business relationships.
Requirements:
• 1–3 years of UAE sales experience in the Construction Chemicals industry is mandatory.
• Must currently be residing in the United Arab Emirates.
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Construction chemicals and related products
• Business development, sales negotiations, and client relationship management
• Market research, quotation preparation, and sales agreement processes
