Senior Sales Executive

The Senior Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This position is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, acquiring, and managing relationships with premium caffeinated beverage brands and key B2B partners across target markets. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and lead generation, conducting sales presentations and negotiations, developing proposals, and closing deals that align with PERCUP’s B2B strategy. The Senior Sales Executive will collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and customer success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing satisfaction of partner brands. The role also involves monitoring market trends, analyzing sales performance, and contributing to sales forecasts and strategic planning.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in B2B sales, account management, and business development, preferably within FMCG, e-commerce, or beverages.
- Strong abilities in negotiation, deal closing, and relationship building with senior stakeholders and brand owners.
- Experience in sales pipeline management, lead generation, and CRM tools to track and optimize performance.
- Proficiency in market research, competitive analysis, and identifying new growth opportunities across regions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proven experience in or strong interest in the coffee, tea, or broader beverage industry is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Comfort with using digital tools and platforms, including e-commerce solutions and data dashboards.
- Travel for client meetings, events, and industry conferences as needed.
